  • Eva was so wonderful to work with, we hired her as our day-of coordinator and I'm so glad we had her there! I was able to communicate with her often and ask for suggestions and recommendations on every aspect of our wedding from hair and make-up to wedding favors.   • We had such a great experience with Brittany and Eva! They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They provided everything we needed when it came down to recommending & confirming vendors, seating charts, rehearsal, providing centerpieces, the archway and much more. They handled my family and friends perfectly and were patient while answering our questions during the wedding process. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team for our special day. During the wedding day the girls were on it, they had us coordinated with the music as rehearsed, everything was on time thanks to them. Eva made sure the food was on time, the dessert table was stocked, the head table had drinks and made sure all the guests/vendors were happy. It was so much easier for me to enjoy my day with Hoot n Hare!! We recommend them HIGHLY!!
